Cats aren’t the only ones being tortured with Hello Kitty attire… Thai cops are now, too… only it’s deliberate punishment for them.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!! I started watching the video and had to get up to close the door to my office, I was laughing THAT hard! That it RIDICULOUSLY funny! And I love that the person portraying the girlfriend has a receding hairline. (AND I bet he/she got a LOT of prison bitch action after that performance.)
