Stuff that’s made me LOL this a.m.

1) Jessea kindly unplugged all of my office equipment yesterday afternoon in case the Zaca Fire took out the towers that power the campus. I plugged everything back in this morning, but most of my stuff still wasn’t working. After some advanced tech sleuthing, I discovered that I had taken the plug for one of my power strips and plugged it into ITSELF. (Never mind that I’m the tech person in our department.)
Doh!
2) The YouTube link Kerri shared in her blog reply. Had-to-close-my-office-door funny! (And I fear I’m going to be busting out that raised shoulder twitch move all day.)

Wow, you’d think that, with plugging a powerstrip into itself, you’d create a reaction like ripping the time/space continuum or stopping time temporarily so that you can put peoples’ pants on backward or something.
If we can’t have MJ then I suppose this would be the next best thing…
