This Saturday evening Telegraph is participating in the First Annual SoCo (South of Cota St.) Holiday Art & Wine (and beer!) Tour. From 5 – 8 pm on Saturday, December 1, over a dozen local art galleries, wineries, and other businesses will be open to showcase the diverse and dynamic neighborhood that lies between Cota Street and East Beach. Muddy Waters Café will be have live music, we’ll be pouring our Winter Ale along with our other regular line-up of beers, galleries will be showing the works of local artists, and the best part is that the event benefits a terrific local charity, Angels Bearing Gifts, which provides support for people with developmental disabilities. So start your Saturday evening off with some culture and some great beer, and come and see what the SoCo neighborhood has to offer. The attached “evite” has more details and each participating venue will have maps guiding you through the neighborhood… there will even be a couple free shuttles!
